"We came to Nevada City to consider relocating and wanted to spend time in a neighborhood and found the property in a lovely location although a few minutes from the commercial district which we decided was a good thing. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating which made us feel welcome and want to return to the home again."

We had no issues with how the place was stocked: toilet paper, paper towels, dishes, and basic kitchen items (salt, pepper, cooking oil, spices, etc) were there. I would put it as in line with most rental properties. Layout of place is great: Bedroom w. sleeping for 3 on the bottom floor (and a full bath), master suite and a separate very large loft upstairs.
