My stay was memorable, thanks largely to the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff. Maxon, in particular, left a lasting impression. He has a rare gift for truly listening to guests and making them feel heard, especially when challenges arise. His calm, thoughtful approach and willingness to go the extra mile turned what could have been frustrating moments into opportunities to feel cared for. It’s clear he doesn’t just see hospitality as a job—it’s something he genuinely believes in. While the housekeeping team could refine their attention to detail, the warmth and professionalism of people like Maxon more than made up for it.
