"Door was hard to open… handle had to be moved and held in a specific way in order for the door to unlock… sometimes it would take 7 or 8 tries to unlock it. Washer and Dryer’s in the room are junk. Washer didn’t spin half the time and the dryer made an aweful clanking noise… making it impossible ..."
