Welcome to our 1878 Queen Anne Victorian home! Steeped in local history, this house has been periodically modernized while keeping the spirit of the original building. Conveniently located in the center of Endicott, right on Main, minutes from Binghamton University, shopping on Vestal Parkway, and Downtown Binghamton. Check out our favorite eateries and coffee shops around town in our guide book, we're continuously updating it as we discover new places. We can't wait to share our home with you!
About the grounds
Our property is lightly landscaped, allowing for one to feel bathed in nature while still being in the middle of town. It is also naturally home to many plants and critters.
The Home
Our goal is comfort with a unique take on design. Anything but cookie cutter, we love mixing different eras in our design to achieve a fun playful space that's also lived in and comfortable.
What you have access to
You have full access to the majority of the 1st & 2nd floor, with 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a kitchen, and laundry. You also have access to both front and back porch.
The Barn, the basement, the attic, and a closet each on the first & second floor are off-limits to guests and have been locked.
Property Boundaries
Our property is L-shaped, with the top of the L being E Main St, and the last 1/3 of the toe of the L being a deep thicket or bramble. The property line to the East is easily seen as it is the pavement of the Mason Temple's parking lot. The Northern boundary is marked by a chain-link fence with thick vegetation numerous feet before it. The outside edge of our driveway marks the Western boundary of the property, which runs north just outside the western side of the Barn. The rest of the Western line and back is clearly marked by fencing & vegetation.
Rule of thumb--- if it's mowed lawn, you're good to be there.
