"Stayed here for one night before catching glacier express out of st moritz. Will definitely stay here again. The hotel is a bit away from the town, but they offer shuttles. The hotel restaurant is excellent. I also especially enjoyed the hot tub with the most stunning view of the mountains "

"The staff was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated Lily who worked at the front desk and set us up with ski passes and a place to rent skis. She also provided a great tour of the hotel, showing us all the amenities and how to access the ski storage. The daily breakfast was great."

"The spa is downright false advertising. The hotel website has a whole page about the spa, featuring various steam rooms, etc, and saying the wellness area is open starting 8 in the morning. The reality is that all wellness facilities remained closed in the morning with the exception of a lukewarm bathtub sized whirlpool even after we complained to the hotel manager. Given that we picked this hotel because of the spa this was quite a turnoff. The room and the hotel bar were all right."

"Lovely old hotel in a beautiful Swiss village. Really like the old skool vibe of this hotel. Nice friendly staff. Our suite was very large with a huge terrace. Sadly no outdoor chairs in March which was a shame as the weather was fabulous. 2 full bathrooms. Very uncomfortable sofa. Bed a bit on the small side for the size of room. With a little bit of effort this could be a stunning room. Great breakfast. Only 4 stars due to the room furniture but I’d definitely stay again. It’s a...

"Hotel Baren is a lovely Swiss hotel right next to the bus stop for skiing in transportation around. It’s right by the bobsled and the skeleton.The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have ever experienced. The Spa and Pool with both a hot tub and a sauna were wonderful. Don’t forget to book a masseuse right there at the spa. The staff is so helpful. The Mountain View‘s from our balcony and bedroom were lovely. "
