"This cozy historical hotel took me back in time. The attention to detail and the attentive staff truly was a magical experience. The restaurant and pub on site was an added bonus. The only negative which I assume has to do with the age of the hotel is the water pressure in the shower. One doesn’t need to wash their hair everyday— so no real problem. If you want to be treated with supreme kindness and feel like you are transported back in time, you must stay here. "

"Lovely interesting place, friendly welcome. Hostel owners had time to talk and are very proud of their little jewel in Ennis. I highly recommend it, even in winter with floods threatening. Unfortunately didn't get to sample the restaurant which I hear is amazing. We will be returning."

"St. Patrick's B&B worked well for our last night in Ireland. Our host recommended the Abbey Tavern for dinner in a nearby little town. Very nice . Our room wasn't as big as others we stayed in during the trip but it was fine for the night. We were able to get our simple breakfast an hour early so that we could eat before leaving for the airport, which was a fairly quick drive down the motorway. We appreciated our host's flexibility. A pleasant stay in a quiet location. "
