The rooms were large and nicely appointed. They had streaming television services. I was pleasantly surprised by what a nice stay it was. Will happily stay there again.
Checked in late and my keys were ready for me when I got there. The TV did not work and that was not mentioned on the website and I had children with me. Unpleasant children with nothing to do. I should of asked to be compt on my room because that's the only place I ever stay when I come to Enterprise.
The room was spacious and clean. Loved having the little table and chairs. Vanities area was a plus. Room heater was efficient, shower pressure was good. “Breakfast” was a bit light but it was something. Had some issues with my key on the second day but they sent someone over from a neighboring hotel and fixed the problem quickly. All in all a good stay, I’d come back.
The concierge was late for check-in. There was a crowd of 12 people waiting around at 3pm--- we waited for about twenty minutes.
There was no cork-screw in the largest suite. I asked the desk if they had one. They told me they didn't, told me they would look around, then hung up on me. They never called back.
The staff was rude and this place looks run down. Can't believe they charge these prices.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Not Good
Property is rather run down. Carpet in room was disgusting and in dire need of replacement. Room was large and sheets were clean. Hotel surroundings are a sketchy parking lot and does not look like the pictures.
Well situated place to enjoy the magnificent Wallowa Mtns and lovely lake. Comfortable, spacious room with view of the courtyard. A/C worked great. Accommodating management. Would stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Old property but clean sleeping area and bathroom. Great people.
The staff treated their guest with great respect. The negative is something the hotel management really cannot fix and that is the trains carrying everything from lumber to cotton products. They're really noisy.
