Parking - this is a residential neighborhood and parking was always available but we parked 500 meters away often. Laundry - it took 3 hrs to wash a load of laundry, 3 days to dry the laundry. "This brilliant hotel rescued me when I was stranded in Reims when the last TGV out of town was cancelled. The staff were utterly brilliant in looking after me. I wasn’t prepared for an overnight stay and they provided all the toiletries that I needed. And an iPhone charger. Because it was late, the bar was no longer serving food, so one of the receptionists helped me find some dinner from the kitchen. All through, they were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and kind. I was a bit traumatised by the late change to my travel plans, but this hotel made me feel really at home. The breakfast the next morning was really lovely too. Thank you so much. "

"Beautiful hotel in the heart of Reims. We chose this hotel for close proximity to the train station, which is directly across the street. "A very good stay in the central city district. All amenities are very close. Staff is very friendly and helpful from check-in to answering questions beyond the hotel needs. "Everything was wonderful. The property was beautiful with a peaceful serene feeling Rooms were spacious and quite even though we were facing the street side.
