"Good sized room with comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Just a few minutes walk to the old city center, which was perfect to view the Christmas decorations and Christmas markets. We didn’t swim, but the pool would be a great plus in summer. Staff was efficient, although not overly friendly. "Very old and dirty in the unit, lobby was clean. We had to use to fold out and I was afraid of bed bugs, the mattress was so gross! I went with blind faith that the blankets were clean and layered them on top. We asked for another duvet or blankets and was told they don’t have any. "We were just looking for a place to stop for one night, as we were passing through north Italy on our way to Croatia. There had been a problem with charging the card, and the booking was cancelled in their end. Anyway, the gave us two rooms for the price of one (we were a family of five travelling together), and were friendly and helpful. The hotel offers no designated parking space, so you must fin a public parking spot nearby. Can be tricky in daytime - Italians fight like cat and dogs over...

"The stay was quite pleasant except for one evening. We had told the owners we were staying with family for a night but plans changed. When we got home we had no heat for the evening but it was too late to contact them. It would have been nice to have some control over the heat since one of the parties was older and handicapped. Other than that, the place was very clean - perfect for 2 people. "

"This was a last minute reservation and the hotel was very accomodating. We ordered a triple room and they offered us a double and single for same price. Quite a walk from the Christmas market; but, we had been walking all day, so it wasnt an issue. The train station was across the street so that would be very convenient for some. "One night stay at the Moxy, for Europa Park. The hotel is in a great location for visits to Europa Park with just being a short walk away. The weather in January was cold but the hotel and our room was nice and warm. We had breakfast which was very good. The room was clean and modern with good amenities, it would have been nice if there was tea/coffeeaking facilities in the room. But the bar staff helped us with hot water. "
