Ich schreibe normalerweise keine Reviews auf dem Internet aber bei diesen Hotel wollte ich das machen : - ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel - saubere Zimmern - es ist zwar kein 5 Sterne Hotel aber dafür Sorg das Personal dass du dich hier wie Zuhause fühlst ! - ich bin Servicetechniker seit 7 Jahre und bin deutschlandweit unterwegs , ich habe mit der Zeit schon hunderte Hotels hinter mir und so ein schöner, gutes auf ausreichendes Frühstück habe ich selten gesehen! - ich würde allem empfehlen die Halbpension auszuwählen, am Abend gibst sehr gutes Essen! Einfach hervorragend! Einfach un köstlich! - unterstrich wenn man bedenkt was man dafür alles bezahlen muss ist einfach lächerlich! Wenn ich in der Region bin komm ich hier immer wieder gerne !

Bei der Buchung war meine Zahlung mit Kreditkarte vorab nicht hinterlegt. Da kann das Personal vor ort nichts dafür, leider wurde uns nicht gesagt wo das Zimmer sich in etwa befindet und wir mussten suchen auch noch i.O. Das ausgeschriebene W-lan war im Dachgeschoss nicht vorhanden nicht mal 1 Balken. Die Wände sind extrem hellhörig man hört jede Bewegung im Flur und den Nachbarzimmern. Ansonsten eine Unterkunft die zum schlafen vollkommen ausreichend ist.

Zu bemängeln wäre: Nasszelle mit WC sehr eng (1;5m x 1,5m), undichte Duschkabine, Vorhänge von den Fenstern liessen sich nur sehr schwer zuziehen (Gardinenleiste defekt), Stühle kalt und unbequem, Kühlschrank defekt, Übergardinen mit Löchern, Möbel veraltet, kein Kosmetikspiegel und Tücher

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind in einem guten Zustand. Beim Service gibt es einige Abstriche, das Bedienungspersonal war etwas unterbesetzt. Die Speisen waren schmackhaft und beim Buffet reichlich. Außer einem schönen Biergarten, der wegen dem Regenwetter leider nicht nutzbar war, gehört wenig Gelände zum Hotel. Von hier aus konnte man gut seine Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung erreichen.

Nachteilig ist zu bemerken, das kein vollständiges WLAN vorhanden war. Lediglich im Rezeptionsbereich stand offenes WLAN zur Verfügung. Im Angebot war dies nicht enthalten!

Urlaub für niedrige Ansprüche

Positiv: es gibt ein Raucherzimmer und einen Billardraum Negativ: Essen konvinience und zu wenig frische Produkte ( Mandarinen sogar verschimmelt) Personal nicht übermotiviert (alles selbstbedienung) beendet Essenszeiten frühzeitig durch Licht ausmachen und abräumen um sich dann im Gastraum selbst vom Buffet zu bedienen - ein No go Zimmer sind sauer aber die Matratzen verschlissen und es gab einen wasserschaden im Bad Die zimmer verfügen über keinen Safe und eine Klinke außen an der Eingangstür was nicht das Gefühl von Sicherheit aufkommen lässt Auch wurde das Entgelt ohne vorherige Ankündigung und Information einfach vor Abreise eingefordert - ziemlich dreist sogar auf dem Zimmer angerufen ob man nicht noch heute bezahlen möge Fazit kein Hotel zum weiterempfehlen aber man hat ein Dach über dem Kopf in einer schönen Gegend

Liebloser Heiligabend

Heiligabend im Erzgebirge : lieblose halbstündige Feier mit Comedyeinlage des schon ab 16 Uhr betrunkenen Kellners als Weihnachtsmann. Das Kaffeetrinken fand bis 16 Uhr in einem Nebenraum ohne Weihnachtafeeling statt. Mann durfte Kaffee und Stolle nicht mit in die Feierlocation mitnehmen. Am Heiligabend wurde keine Weihnachtsmusik sondern stundenlang nur Helene Fischer gespielt. Dieses Hotel nie wieder!

Einfach, aber sauber

Freundliches Personal am Empfang und auch beim Frühstück. Das Hotel ist ziemlich abgewohnt und bedarf zahlreicher Ausbesserungen bzw. Renovierungen. Allerdings ist alles in sauberem und nutzungsfähigen Zustand. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und für jeden etwas dabei.

Der hoteleingang war trotz Dunkelheit nicht beleuchtet... der Check-in war schleppend. Überall hingen verbotsschilder... das Restaurant ist kein a la carte Restaurant, sondern muss als all-inclusive für 19 Euro dazugebucht werden... es dürfen keine Gläser mit auf die Zimmer genommen werden, da ansonsten die Gefahr von Fleckenbildung auf dem Teppich zu groß wird! Lächerlich!!! Zumal die Sauberkeit des Zimmers und auch der Zustand des Teppichs eh nicht gut war. Das Bett war sehr weich... Einziger Lichtblick war das Frühstück... das war wirklich okay. Auf das all-inclusive Büfett hab ich nach kurzer Ansicht der Angebotenen Speisen verzichtet..
