Located on the south coast of Brittany, 25km from Quiberon and 15km from Carnac, Erdeven behind 300 ha of protected dunes, bordered by sandy beaches, is a megalithic mecca with dolmens and menhirs among pines, gorse and broom.

Residence consisting of small grouped houses, with communal pool (open from mid-June to mid-September).
Beach about 500 m. Tennis, mini-golf 400 m. Seasonal shops 200 m. Center 3 km.

House 3 rooms of 34 m² for 4 people maximum (3 adults max.).
Ground floor:
Kitchenette with 3 ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.
Living room with television and bench.
Separate toilet.

Upstairs, barrier at the top of the stairs.
1 bedroom with bed 140 cm.
1 small room with 2 beds 90 cm trunks.
Powder room.

Small garden and terrace with garden furniture: deckchair, parasol and barbecue.

Electric heating.
Arrival between 16h and 18h. Please inform in case of late arrival.
Deposit: 250 € (to be paid on site)
Charges: included from June to September/ extra (depending on consumption) outside this period.

Carnac Sommerurlaub
Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen für Wassersportler. Von dort aus haben wir einige Besichtigungstouren unternommen. Vannes, Quiberon, Carnac Meniheri, St. Nazaire, Guerande und Salzgewinnung. Es ist alles überschaubar zu erreichen. Die Internetabdeckung ist leider nicht mehr ganz Standard. So konnten wir uns auf die Familie besinnen.

Landschaftlich schön, Praktisch , aber sehr klein
Ein kleines mit allem ausgestattes Ferienhaus, für 2 Personen in Ordnung, aber wie angesprochen mit 4 Personen deutlich zu klein.. Ausstattung einfach aber komplett. Leider war der Service nicht so gut, da wir versehentlich den Kindermodus beim Herd eingestellt hatten, und wir noch 4 Tage Urlaub hatten, sind wir zur Verwaltung gefahren und haben das auch gemeldet. Es wurde uns zugesagt, dass sie sich melden würden und eventuell jemanden vorbeischicken würden. Leider warte ich heute noch auf den Rückruf und ob der Herd jetzt wieder in funktion gebracht worden ist kann ich nicht beurteilen. Das war doch ziemlich störend a) einen von wenigen Tagen mit wirklichem Strandwetter am Haus zu verbringen, und dann kommt noch nicht mal einer. b) das versprochene Telefonat blieb aus c) und 4 Tage ohne Herd auch ein wenig schwierig zu mal man sich ja Selbstversorung eingestellt und eingekauft hatte.
