"This was the perfect house for our 3 families to have a beach holiday. The house was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The access to the beach couldn’t be better. The host was very responsive. We would definitely stay at the house in the future. It’s a rare find."

"Stayed at this beautiful location with family and friends for 7 nights! The host Mrs Irene was super friendly and sweet. Along with Alex (who was very helpful, amazing) and provided us with all the information required for this location, direction, restaurants and local shops. Stores are located about 30ish min away so ensure you stop on the way to get your groceries. The location is also very private. The beach was heaven and pretty much private - prefect for families. Would book this house...

"After a challenging 12 months we needed time to rest and recover. Villa Fairytale delivered in every respect. The property is designed to make the most of its location overlooking the Gulf of Evia. The open plan living area looks out over the mountains and sea as does the pool and terrace. We spent hours getting lost in those views! The villa has a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, quiet aircon units and mosquito screens on the French windows which meant we could enjoy the breezes...

"The apartment has stunning views over the bay to Agii Apostoli, made the most of by the sitting-room's picture windows and the extensive balcony. We spent a lot of time just sitting and looking! The elevated position meant that there was nearly always a good breeze to keep us cool, and we had very little trouble from mosquitoes - we often just had the windows open at night, though there was the option of air-conditioning. "Great place for a quiet and relaxing holiday for a group of friends or family who want to be by themselves. You can walk out of the garden and go straight into the water. We had a dog with us and she enjoyed all the courtyard and garden. Nice barbecue facilities. All the commodities to cook your meals if you want to do that. We picked figs, lemons and limes for the trees! Very nice hosts, very hospitable. Highly recommend it!"

"Dimitri and his wife were extremly kind, helpful and welcoming, we felt really at home. The house is spacious, clean and well furnished. The rooms are comfortable,with leisure beds, the kitchen is fully equipped and the living room is great to spend time all together.The garden is a real strength, well maintained and wonderful and there you can find a spacious pool where you can swim in the hottest times. "We had a very nice time staff was great especially Marina and Savvas. Very easy to get to the center of Eretria. Very clean but a few bugs constantly in the room. A bad smell heading to the pool/beach, outside our room not sure what it was. Overall we really enjoy the hotel and the beach area."

"The staff here was rude, everything is extra it says that the waterpark is included. Nope that’s extra. Would you like a bloody Mary with your vodka? Nope, that’s extra not to mention the staff at the bar were rude when ordering drinks. The description says it has multiple restaurants. It only has one. It’s a buffet. It opens limited hours for breakfast lunch and dinner. The pool has snacks. There is a different menu at the pool however, that is an extra menu. You can only order the drinks that are on the menu that is provided otherwise that’s extra, the place is beautiful. The rooms are really far from the beach. There is an amazing waterpark. We did not get to experience because it is also extra extra. Not a fan of this experience would not do it again. "
