Lucky enough to get an upgrade to a suite. Otherwise a great place to stay close to everything Erfurt has to offer. Clean, friendly staff and a shower with an amazing water pressure!

Overall this is a very nice hotel. There was no parking in their underground parking area, so we had to park a distance away. The breakfast was excellent. The beds were a little too firm. It is within walking distance of everything we wanted to do.

The property is in an excellent location for walking to the centre of town. It has its own paid parking which makes it easy for people with cars. The hotel is clean and has very nice staff. They have a nice restaurant and bar on site. Breakfast options are very nice too. Would definitely visit again.

I stayed at the Dorint with a group of students for 10 days. The staff was excellent! The front desk did everything they could to support my students and the staff in the restaurant were also extremely kind. Thank you Dorint, we will be back!

It is a very convenient hotel if you want to go to the Erfurt opera or concert. Room was big and clean. Stuff was nice . Breakfast good. The only thing - our room was above strip club and innSaturday night music and mouse was going all night. We could not sleep. We were on the. 1 st floor. Probably higher up it will not matter

Not really 5 stars but does have parking.

Other than being large enough to host conference groups I am not sure why this is a 5 star hotel. The AC barely functioned and there was no coffee tea service in the room. The king size bed was nice and there was a small fridge.

It looks as a 4 star hotel - big hall, looking through lift. But rooms are a bit out fashion. No shows but outdated bath - hard to climb in with a show hose broken. Breakfast nit 4 star level . But good location. Done stuff was nice but one was rude. It is ok to use it but do not a or t it to be a great stay. Ok.

sehr gutes Frühstück. Freundlich und helles Hotel. Sehr gute Lage, Altstadt und Zitadelle bequem und in kurzer Zeit zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr nettes Personal in der Bar. gute Matratzen und Bett. leider nur Steckdosen, keine USB – Stecker. Checkin, mittelmäßig, nicht wirklich freundliche Mitarbeiterin und auch keinerlei Erläuterung des Hotels, Spa-, Essens- und Frühstücksbereiches, etc. Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer, ausreichend groß, aber Teppich deutliche Flecken im gesamten Hotel, nicht ganz sauber, ebenso das Bad mit teils Stockflecken/Schimmel in den Fugen… Hier wäre eine Renovierung dringend erforderlich.

Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten gemütlich. Alleridngs sind die Zimmer etwas 'altbacken'. Eine Badewanne als Duschoption und die Funiere im 80'er Jahre Style sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Es hat aber alles funktioniert :-) Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück sehr vielfältig. Obwohl unser Zimmer nach innen zur Lobby lag war es sehr ruhig. Mit dem Theater Parkhaus direkt vor dem Hoteleingang gibt es mit 12 EUR Tagespreis eine günstige Alternative zum Hotelparkhaus
