I truly enjoyed the Shoreline restaurant for dinner. Amazing food and drinks and great service! The view was beautiful at sunset. The Bistro for breakfast has a Starbucks so that was wonderful. However, the avocado toast was $11 and very bland. There are only two elevators which was not enough considering the volume of foot traffic. The parking is next to the hotel however you have to get a ticket at check in and then go back to your car to put on the dash. This is very inconvenient especially when parked in the garage and it is cold. My suggestion would be to issue something guests can print before arriving or registering license plates so you don't have to go back to your car. Overall the hotel was clean, spacious and the restaurant was great! Just a few suggestions to make it even better.

Okay stay. For the price I wish it had been a bit nicer. 3 issues. 1. Called for towels in the evening and they were not delivered. Called again in the morning. 2. Took a shower when we arrived and water was hot. In the morning the water was only mildly warm. 3. Was a little surprised a was charged $16 for parking over night. First time I had to pay for parking since staying in a hotel in Pittsburgh and New York. This was the first time I stayed at this property and would most likely not stay again when comparing the peace and what we received.

have stayed here before- rooms are nice, had a disabled room...roll-in shower was great, but the beds were at a normal room level...way too high, they need to be at a lower level

A wonderful experience, that deserves a thank you and a great review. The Shoreline staff was incredible. Owen especially made the evening special for everyone. The restaurant/bar manager, Chris, was a contributing member of the team. The supportive leadership really shows. An overall pleasurable stay in a great location and views. Room was clean and comfortable.
