Very clean room with no smell of old building. Clean towels and bed sheets. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location is the best - walking distance to main Amsterdam attractions. Bathroom would benefit from a little renovation, but still very clean. Hot water is not a problem. It was a little chilly in the room (we visited in February) but not too cold....
