"The property is in a great location which unfortunately draws lots of tourists to the public area directly in front of the entrance. Curtains would have been nice. There is no outdoor private space. The worst aspect is that this is two rooms not connected internally, which should be made clear in the listing. The downstairs room (bedroom) is dark and smelly and the only way to get privacy at night is to close the shutters."

"Ideally situated if you want the best of both worlds. Peaceful hillside setting with beautiful views- A short seven minute drive down a bendy road to Erbalunga with it's restaurants and bars. Bear in mind that Erbalunga is a quiet seaside village/town- nightlife is restricted to restaurants. A fifteen minute drive up the coast will bring you to a marvelous, sandy beach with a low-key beach bar/restaurant. from the house, there is a great view of the isle of Elba."

"We loved our week here, the house and the region of Corsica were just what we were looking for. The house is located in a less developed part of Corsica. There is very little in walking distance so a car is necessary but within a very short drive there are some great restaurants, activities and beaches. The house is modern and very clean.
