"The cabin was such a special place with the river right at the edge of the garden. We sat out and enjoyed dinner on the platform just next to the water and lit a small fire in the fire pit under the stars. The property was ideal for myself and my two young children (6 and 8, all of us sharing the one room) but would also be great for a couple looking for a getaway in a convenient location for exploring the beautiful surrounding area."

"Lovely location, very spacious property with amazing spaces. Kitchen spacious and well equipped. Beds comfortable. bathrooms good. Great bonus as it wasn’t exactly “flaming June” was the snooker table, especially for the youngsters , there were many challenging matches! Outside facilities were great but because of the weather not uses apart from table tennis and basketball net. Plenty to see and do only a short drive away."

"The house and cottage was perfect for our family reunion of 12 and 2 little ones. Bathroom and shower/tub in every room! Kitchen and Dining area and seating for 18 inside and out was perfect. Amazing kitchen with plenty of dishes and all possibly needed to cook large meals. Three sitting rooms with fireplace and wood provided Games, books, puzzles, game room, outside badminton and soccer. Best VRBO! Views amazing!"

"Quarry House was an amazing venue for our extended family Christmas celebration. We had 12 people from 9-74 and a dog and all had a great time. The house looked beautiful all lit up and decorated. We particularly appreciated the amazingly well equipped kitchen. There was nothing at all that we missed even down to spare batteries. "We had an amazing stay at this cottage for a few days of walking the Brecon Beacons. Cottage has everything needed, is in a great location for walking and has an amazing pub ‘Royal Oak’ with superb food in easy walking distance. Pity about the issue with the heating and TV didn’t work, but these were minor issues compared to the great cottage. Thank you Richard"

"We enjoyed our stay here in a very confirtable cottage tucked away in the countryside. The beds were particularly comfortable. The hosts communicated well and we really enjoyed tge free range eggs they left us from their chickens. Plenty of birds and very dark so great for stars if it is clear."
