"We loved our stay at 28. The views are simply spectacular. Two of the three bedrooms face the sea. The patio is really like another room. We hung out there the whole trip. Our kids loved kayaking around the little bay. We used the washer in the garage, and hung clothes out up on the balcony. The AC worked well. "We were very happy with the Villa. Exactly what we wanted. Quiet location with a small beach 5 minute walk away and just 10 minute walk to Alcúdia Old Town.
