"The family room was great for us and would recommend for other families like ours. Is in a great location near the beach and the fairground. The pools are very nice for the kids. The meal times were a little inconvenient for us, dinner started at 7pm by which time our young children are usually in bed! Luckily, there are a lot of great restaurants easily walkable that we utilised nearer the end of our stay. We have been to Es Canar many times and love it, we will be returning."

"My wife got stuck in the bathroom due to a faulty door. It took over an hour of me harassing the hotel staff to get maintenance that was dealing with a broken elevator. I pointed out no one was actually in the elevator, and in the event of a fire, my wife would be trapped. The manager was dismissive and didn’t care. "We were a little worried about our stay after seeing some negative reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Staff were excellent in all areas. Staff who cleaned the rooms were excellent, we couldn’t fault them! We had half board and although we ate out most evenings, the food was very good, plenty of choice and continuously filled up. Five star and then some!

"Absolutely fantastic place. The food selection and quality was absolutely first class. The food truck was a particular highlight. It was also refreshing to have a selection of fresh fruit and cheeses at every meal, rather than just at breakfast. Also, fresh olive bread at breakfast was to die for. The entertainment was spot on. Laid back vibe but just enough. Rooms spacious and spotless. Two minor issues. There was dog mess in the gravel for several days despite the grounds being well tended. The mats on the sun loungers had seen better days. We will be returning. Thank you "

"We were a bit sceptical about the hotel after reading reviews about the food and rooms. We stayed six nights and upgraded to all inclusive. It was myself, my 14 year old and my 11 year old. The hotel is located in a small quiet bay where you can walk to restaurants and shops where you can potter about. The all inclusive food had a great selection with plenty of fresh meats, fruits and salads. The snack bar served fresh food throughout the afternoon. The room was clean and the beds comfortable, the hairdryer in the room was faulty when we got there and was quickly replaced. We throughly enjoyed our break. All the staff were friendly and helpful and we can not fault any of them. I would definitely come back."
