L’unique couchage est donc le canapé lit hors d’âge d’une saleté repoussante, on sent la structure le matelas est fait des différents coussins , on y dort très mal. Tous les textiles sont sales/taches ( coussins des banquettes , linge de toilette, fauteuils extérieurs) . Pas de poubelle pas de torchon de cuisine , pas de poêle, vaisselle grasse)....

Lovely stay at Lago Suites

"Fantastic weekend getaway! Staff are truly friendly and professional and were able to help us with everything we needed for the weekend! Britanny at the Lago hotel side was so friendly with recommendations as well! The only downside is the state of the spa, which i was disappointed in the condition. It needs maintenance and upgrading. Also, given it is a 5* hotel, i expected it not be accessible for free (obviously pay for treatments). Breakfast at the suites was also truly exceptional, i would come back again!"

"My stay was wonderful at the hotel. The staff was incredible, they are very hard working and dedicated to their jobs. Their facilities are plenty and fun to use. The pool are was splendid. I just have 3 elements that I was not glad with: 1. The water from the bathroom sink is not drinkable as it is chlorinated. 2. The dishes were not properly cleaned, I was always struggling to find a clean dish to eat breakfast or dinner. 3. In my room 531 in the bathroom where the glass is not properly sealed in the corner. Water was always falling down on the edge and was gathering on the floor. "
