"Good clean central property in Zurich - checking in wasn't difficult but email reply was slow so had to call front desk/help. Not difficult but glad to have ESIM with local Europe # to call otherwise it got expensive. Arrived a bit early and unfortunately cleaners worked until last minute so couldn't check in earlier than 3pm CET. Room is clean and sparse - no tea, basic condiments, but at least had some shampoo/conditioner/towels. Great location and price considering - will be back! Thanks."

"I liked the location of the property; it was very close to the train station. I did not like how there was no person at the help-desk and the customer service was conducted strictly through emails with no phone number to call and they took hours to get us our entrance code while we waited in the cold."

"The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress. Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication. If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall."

It was centrally located and great walking distance from just about anything. If you’re not a walker there is plenty of public transportation. There’s public parking garages but you do have to pay. "This hotel was conveniently placed right near the train station to accommodate tourists who are not familiar with the area. The staff is very helpful and willing to get you anything you need and the bar is open 24/7. The only complaint i have is no fridge. "Amazing location close to the train station, tons of trams, cute streets, shops and bars all nearby. The room I had on the top floor was perfect for one person, two would have been cramped since the roof slants downward and one person would have to be on the bed next to the short side of the roof. Cleanliness knocked because my sheets had some leftover hair pieces on them."
