"This is a creepy little hotel in a creepy little town. Looks like it might be quaint in the pictures, but it is not. Went to the "front desk" to check in and no other guests seemed to be around. A group of loud men who looked like locals were drinking in the bar off to one side of the lobby. We were shown to a room in a building across the street from the main hotel building. "Alojamiento was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There are a lot of stairs and no elevator. It is very centrally located in the Plaza where all the amazing restaurants and bars are at! The customer service was attentive and very good. They are not there all the time like in other hotels so planning the key exchange can be tricky. All in all is was a good stay. We mostly were there only to sleep and spent the rest of our time getting to know the beautiful and historical town of Trujillo!!"
