Me , my family has spent 7 nights in the hotel. We are frequently traveling. Internet access is terribly limited even not possible in 811 .! Tv programs are mostly welcome to Middle East Sudan, Oman even Libya.! If you are after European sender forget it. It is boring if you have kids . Because of limited access to internet, I did kindly ask for help at least three days nobody got me back. Front desk team totally ignored me and do not deserve any positive comments. Breakfast was okay. Housekeeping team was good and helpful. Over all, never again. There are more opportunities in Eskişehir.

We booked a two bedroom suite with kitchenette for five of us. We found a microwave and a hob but there were no pots, pans, cutlery, crockery or utensils. İt took over two hours and a reminder to produce a very basic kit. No lock on the bathroom door, which always slid back a few inches to reveal those showering or sitting on the toilet. Safe couldn't be opened. Doors jammed on oversized rugs. Total carelessness spoiled a potentially excellent hotel.

Önemli eksikleri var.
Otopark yeri çok kısıtlı. Aynı alanda Emirgan Sutiş ve Irish Pub var. Otel müşterilerini yan taraftaki marketin otoparkına yönlendiriyor. Orada da yer olmayınca 150 m uzakta sokak arasına park ettim. Elektrik kesildi. >6 saat elektrik, su gelmedi. Asansörler çalışmadı. Jeneratör ve acil durum planları yeterli değil. 9 katlı bina, ileri yaş bir müşterileri olsa aşağı inemeyecek, odasına çıkamayacak. İki erişkinli bir konaklama için iki kişiye günlük tek kapsül kahve veriliyor!!! Bu ufak bir ayrıntı ama otopark-elektrik-su çok önemli düzeltilmesi önlem alınması gereken problemler. 6 saat araba yolculuğu sonrası bir sıcak duş alamamak, kucağında uyuyan çocuklarla 150 metre uzaktan otele ulaşmak önemli eksik. İlk girişte resepsiyonda 20 dk hotels.com üzerinden yapılan ödemeyi sistemden çekemedikleri için bekledik. Otelde wifi sistemine oda numaranız ile giriş yapamıyorsunuz. Resepsiyon kendi kullanıcı ad ve şifresini veriyor.

Elektrik kesintisinde jenrator devreye girmedigi icin elektriksiz ve buna bagli olarak katlara su cikmadigi icin susuz kaldik. Bu durum sabah kalktigimizda karsilastigimiz manzara oldugu icin sabah tuvalet dus almak gibi ihtiyaclatimizi gideremeden otelden aytildik. Biz otelden cikarken duzeldi.

Otel Zincirine Güvenimi Sarsan Konaklama Deneyimi
Otele giriş deneyimim genel anlamda iyiydi ancak başlangıçta yalnızca tek anahtar kartının verilmesi, özellikle aile olarak konaklayan misafirler için daha pratik bir çözüm beklerken şaşırtıcıydı. Dört kişilik rezervasyona rağmen üç kişilik oda hazırlanmış olması da konforu etkileyen bir detaydı. Kahvaltı deneyimi ise beklentilerimi karşılamadı; çocuklu ailelerin yoğunlukta olmasına rağmen çocuklar için özel içecek seçeneklerinin olmaması dikkat çekiciydi. Ayrıca, iki görevli kahvaltı salonu için yetersiz kalıyordu ve açık büfede tükenen ürünlerin yerine hızla yenileri konulmadığından seçenekler sınırlıydı. İlk günkü hizmet dışında, otel personelinin taleplerimizi yerine getirme konusundaki çabası memnuniyet vericiydi. Ancak genel deneyimim, otelin sunduğu hizmetin bu zincirin standartlarına ulaşmadığı yönünde oldu. Bu nedenle, tekrar tercih etmeyi düşünmüyorum.

Otelde internet yoktu. Lobiyi aradığımızda işimiz var denildi. Yarım saat sonra aramamız istendi. Odadaki tuvalet kapısı çok saçma. Sabun ve şampuan aynı şey kullandık kadamızda yaralar çıktı. Odada su ikramı bile yok ücretli.
