The house is located 15 minutes from the airport, 10 golf, 15 of the 10 city of Essaouira and the beach. Totally enclosed in a park, large garden, large swimming pool with young, terraces, sports equipment for children.
Quiet location in a runway near the forest, this place is perfect for relaxing, get away and enjoy your vacation. On request we can prepare meals thypiques.
Many activities are organized from the house. We also offer the option of renting your vehicle on site.
The house has two large bedrooms with adults with a bathroom and toilet attached. A large bedroom with four single beds (2 bunk beds) for children. A second bathroom with WC.
The general decor is Moroccan thypiquement, rooms and bathrooms are made Tadelack.
This home has many advantages for the success of your vacation.

At the request and a surcharge, an additional double room is available with its small bathroom. It is located near the kitchen, behind the garden. It is ideal for teens who want to be a little apart!

The shops are located along the track or or after this one! 5 minutes drive and 15 feet. Upon request, we have bikes to rent for your walks or just to go do some shopping.

Attractions: Essaouira Medina is a beautiful sea world heritage of UNESCO. Many ballads as well as on land in all the surrounding beaches are easily accessible.

Practice many sports (riding on the beach, golf, camel, sailing, kite .....) will ensure a fulfilling holiday.

Ideal location: Located a few kilometers from Essaouira, you get a very pleasant temperature, warmer in the evening and a less windy!
From the villa you are also a few miles from Sidi Kaouki the track! this allows you to switch between the two sites (Essaouira and Sidi Kaouki) very easily depending on the weather.
Sidi Kaouki has beautiful beaches that Essaouira less windy.

There are also many walks to do on the track on foot or by camel to come pick you up at home.

Terrible experience/ Rude host
We rented the property for four nights. The property was covered in dust. The pool was coverd with dirt, pool black worms and dead bugs. Our kids didn't feel safe to swim of course. I reminded the host frequently to come and clean. Finally, the pool was cleaned somehow by the third day. The interior of the house was dusty- spiders and Cocroaches everywhere. The rate wasn't cheap an I came to enjoy my stay not to worry about the property condition or the host's rudness. Please, if you're not happy, call Vrbo on day one so that they accomodate you to a better stay. I made a mistake and called the last day. Vrbo representative couldn't compensate us. On our last night, the worst happened. The septic sewer flooded in the kitchen and the kid's room. The smell was disgusting and my luggage got wet. The host came within 20 minutes with a pump to clean up. If only he did the clean up and shut his mouth. The blamed us because we weren't supposed to flush the toilet paper. The host didn't mention anything about the toilet paper nor there was a sign next to the toilet warning about that. He was complaining and whining the whole time. His son made a racist comment that the smell was bad because of our Moroccan food. My message to the host is if you're going to be racist or rude towards Moroccan on their homland go back to your country.

Superbe maison bien équipée avec un beau jardin au calme. Une superbe semaine avec l’aide de Zahra qui nous a concocté de très bons petits déjeuners et dîners. Je recommande.

Essaouira la belle
un séjour fort agréable, une grande maison bien entretenue avec un jardin entourant toute la maison. les senteurs des fleurs arborant les fenêtres envahissent l'intérieur de la maison. la plage de sidi kaouki est à quelques minutes de la maison (voiture pour se déplacer obligatoire) Essaouira et sa médina vous feront oublier les tracas de la vie. monsieur Lecoeur propriétaire de la maison est toujours disponible pour la moindre question. bref nous avons hâte d'y retourner

Un maison dépourvue d'adresse mais pas de charme!
Parfait pour des vacances en tribu. La maison est agréable et spacieuse. Le jardin est soigné. Zara et Zineb forme un duo aussi attachant qu'indispensable à de savoureuses vacances. Xavier est parfaitement disponible. Merci encore pour ces belles vacances dont notre famille va se souvenir longtemps.

Das Haus ist an sich sehr schön. Ausgerichtet ist es für zwei Familien, mit insgesamt 4 Kindern. Daher ist es für eine Gruppe von ausschließlich Erwachsenen eher ungeeignet. Ein Mietauto ist aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage auch notwendig. Der Vermieter macht einen netten Eindruck und hilft einem auch gern weiter. Außer es geht um Geld. Es trat leider ein Missverständnis auf, wobei er nicht kompromissbereit war und danach die letzten Tage nicht mit uns reden wollte oder sich weiterhin um den Pool gekümmert hat, sodass er wegen der Verschmutzung nicht mehr benutzbar war. Das war wirklich schade und hat den Urlaub nicht so schön ausklingen lassen, wie er begonnen hatte.

A perfect villa for a large group!
Xavier's property was an excellent stay for myself and 3 other friends. It was very big, clean, and had everything we needed. Communicating with Xavier was also very easy and he was always available to accommodate our needs. The place is located on a rocky road in Ghazoua which is a 15-20 min car ride from the actual city of Essaouira so be prepared for that.

Sejour reposant, très belle villa
Nous avons passé un sejour en famille très agréable . La villa est très spacieuse et décorée avec goût. La piscine est encore plus grande que ce qu elle parait sur la photo. Nous avons pu avoir l'aide de la très gentille Zahra notamment pour la préparation des repas. Au vu de l'emplacement de la propriété il est préferable d'etre vehiculé. Petite mention egalement concernant la grande disponibilité et la réactivité de Xavier. Je recommande cette villa pour un voyage reposant et depaysant.

The villa was excellent as was Xavier. With old growth plants, flowers in bloom and a large swimming pool the garden and outside were lovely. All the bedrooms were large and very nice and the kitchen had what we needed to make our stay very enjoyable. The stars at night were breath taking and Essaouira was just down the road. Highly recommend. Thank you.

Great villa
Family of 7 (4 adults and 3 kids) spend 11 nights in Villa Boussa.Rooms for everybody and nice and functional bath/toilets. Big and spacecious villa and a huge pool. If you are looking for quiet and a peaceful athosmosphere this villa is a nice alternative Sara, the housekeeper, made a delicious Morrocian breakfast. It is possible to visit without having a car during the stay. It is 2 km to the main road and additional 1 km to a big supermarked. We recommend to shop the basic stuff at the local grocery store about 1.5 km from the villa. Taxis are about 30 Dirham from the main road to Essaouira (bus is 4 Dirham). The best ever experinecend Hamam is the local Hamam Alkaram close to the main road. Approx. 100 Dirham for everything (soap, wash, scrup etc.). A few recommendations to the owner: Bicycles are not available, either fix this or remove from the list of facilities this also goes for the petanque court (it is present but not functional). Nice garden but a general update of the pool area and facilities (new sun beds and missing chairs and tables) is recommended.

Séjour détente totale à refaire très vite
Superbe séjour à la campagne à l'abri du vent de la côte et au calme. Jolie maison bien décorée, sans problème d'eau et avec tout le nécessaire pour faciliter les vacances.Excellente literie.La piscine est le petit plus qui nous oblige à ' farnienter' à la villa les jours de grande chaleur. Un grand merci à Zahara pour ses réveils gourmands et à Xavier et Samira pour leur accueil et leur réactivité au moindre soucis. Villa en tout point conforme au descriptif à conseiller pour des vacances familiales relaxantes.

Merveilleux!
Nous avons séjourné dans cette magnifique Villa en famille pendant 15 jours. De l'avis général, cet endroit est magique! Perdue en pleine campagne, éloignée du brouhaha de la trépidante Essaouira ( 8km seulement) cette Villa est propice à la détente et au repos . La villa est en effet très calme, seul le bellement des chèvres et des ânes venait troubler notre quiétude! Spacieuse avec des rangements dans toutes les chambres, la villa est décorée avec gout à la façon orientale. La piscine est particulièrement grande et le jardin est habité de jolies tortues ! Nous avons également apprécié la promptitude de Xavier Lecoeur à nous apporter entière satisfaction. Je recommande cette villa à toute personne à la recherche d’authenticité et de calme. Je recommande également une excursion aux cascades et à l’âne vert à seulement une 30ene de KM .

A lovely holiday villa in Essaouria
The villa itself was lovely, if a bit hard to find as it's in a location a bit from the town of Ghaouza which is a ten minutes drive from Essaouira. We liked this though, having our own place slightly away from the main tourist things. You would be better off having a car to move about places however we managed fine without. A taxi is about 25 dirham from the main road in Ghaouza to Essaouira and the public bus is only 4 dirham. The house is beautiful, spacious and well maintained and has all the things you would want: wifi, tv, dvds. The pool was great with six sun loungers which we used a lot. We particularly enjoyed the Moroccan breakfast our housekeeper made every morning, Zara, which included freshly made orange juice, Moroccan pancakes and a type of Moroccan breakfast bread which reminded me of English muffins, omelettes, fresh fruit and coffee for only 3 euro per person. Xavier was also very accommodating and always replied to my emails very fast. Having said that i think he overcharged for a few things maybe like dinner at 10 euros per head which i think was expensive considering what it was and the relative price of ingredients in Morocco, and for the taxi to Marrakesh airport which was £95 for the two hour journey for 7 of us, which seems a bit expensive again considering the usual cost of taxis in Essaouira. All in al, we really enjoyed our stay at Xavier's villa near Essaouira and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay, especially if you are after a bit of peace and quiet away from the touristy spots, but keeping them within reach.

Séjour magique
Un séjour que mes amis et moi n'oublierons surement jamais. Dans un cadre très sympathique, la villa Boussa, situé sur la piste du km 8 est magnifique. Cette grande piscine (nettoyé tous les jours par Xavier: le propriétaire), cette maison magnifiquement décorée à la marocaine (très propre), ce beau jardin très bien entretenu et tous les équipements nous ont ravis à merveille. La maîtresse de maison Zara était géniale, tout comme ces plats marocain. Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons et très copieux. Les activités proposées par le propriétaire sont au top (quad, dromadaires, surf, voile...). Je n'hésiterai pas à recommander cette villa à mes amis et ma famille. Toutes les prestations sont présentent pour passer un excellent séjour: NE CHANGEZ RIEN !!!

Séjour entre amis a essapuira
Supet moment passé avec un groupe d ´amis et nos enfants à la villa Boussa. .. La villa est encore plus belle en réalité que sur les photos... Petit havre de paix ... Spacieuse et bien agencée ... Avec une 2 eme maison totalement aménagée en fond de jardin ( avec salon, chambre, WC, salle de bain, cuisine ) .. jardin superbe et enfin grande et belle piscine ! Nous n ´avions pas de voiture : soit nous faisions la piste à pieds sur 2 km, soit un taxi venait nous chercher.... Rencontre ultra sympathique de Xavier, et de son équipe de choc ( charmante Zara pour le maison et la cuisine et taxi Moulay) qui, si vous le souhaitez , vous facilite vos vacances au Max ! Bref... Nous avons été au top !

Magnifique Villa
Magnifique Villa au calme sur les hauteurs d'Essaouira. Déja au coeur d'un environnement luxuriant, le parc de la villa est joliment arboré et acceuille les chants d'oiseaux et les souffle des palmiers propices à la détente. La piscine est propre et bien agencée, comme toute la décoration extérieure, dalles, carrelages, poteries. La villa est parfaitement tenu et rien n'est laissé au hasard dans les détails, l'aménagement et l'éclairage. A noter deux magnifiques salles de bains aux styles arabes très colorés. Les chambres sont chacunes stylisées et chaleureuses avec une très bonne literie. L' intérieur est vaste et lumineux, d'accès aisé vers l'extérieur, possibilité de manger dehors sous les pergolas en profitant des barbecues. Le toit terrasse procure une joli vue sur la campagne proche. L'endroit est idéal pour visiter Essaouira et sa medina, mais aussi la cote au sud de la ville Sidi Kaouki, Cap Tafna et les champs d'arganiers de l'arrière pays ainsi que les contreforts de L' Atlas. A proximité de l'aéroport. Laissez vous tenter aussi par une joli ballade en voilier autour des iles Mogador au départ du fameux port d'Essaouira. L' acceuil de Xavier et Samira est très sympathique et riche en bons conseils. Merci à eux pour ce joli séjour..

Relaxing Family Vacation
The villa is about a ten minute drive to Essaouria and is located on a quiet dirt road. It is a perfect location to visit the beaches in the area and also to go to the medina in Essaouria. You will need to drive but it is a short drive to everything. The villa is wonderful and very clean with three bedrooms in the main house which can easily sleep 8. The house is a perfect retreat for a family or group of friends looking for peace and quiet. The pool and gardens are nice and we enjoyed the privacy. Xavier is warm and friendly and will help you if needed. I hope we can return someday.

Mémorables souvenirs
C’est notre deuxième séjour en la Villa Boussa, nous sommes venus fin décembre 2013 avec des amis qui ne connaissaient pas le Maroc. Tellement l’équipe était satisfaite de ce séjour que nous sommes revenu en avril 2014. L’accueil, la sympathie et la disponibilité sont les atouts de Xavier et son épouse Samira. Ah quelques kilomètres d’Essaouira ce situe ce petit coin de paradis ou le calme et le dépaysement règnent. La maison est magnifique, vaste et agréable, les chambres sont confortables. Le jardin est bien arboré, et la piscine est très bien entretenue. Un soir, Samira nous a préparé un couscous royal dont on se souviendra. Nous sommes allé faire une ballade autour de l’Ile de Mogador sur le Pythéas, le voilier de Xavier. Il était accompagné de Bismila, son matelot, qui nous a servi un super thé à la menthe. Une matinée en quad sur la plage et les dunes environnantes. Sur les conseil de Xavier nous sommes allé à la cascade de Sidi M Bareck, c’est vraiment à faire. Quelques randonnées à pieds, flâner dans la Médina d’Essaouira, quelques restaurants typiques. Ce séjour restera gravé en nous, on y reviendra….. N’hésitez pas, rendez vous à la Villa Boussa, vous y passerez un séjour confortable et vous en garderez de très bon souvenirs. Cette location convient aussi bien à des jeunes couples accompagnés de leurs enfants qu’a des seniors. Quelques bonnes adresses de restauration : - Caravanne Café , dans la médina un restaurant de qualité, avec des petits salons ou ont peu s’installer en tète à tète pour les amoureux, ou en équipe. Vous apprécierez la cuisine, la serviabilité et la décoration. - La Mouette et le Dromadaire, en arrivant à Sidi Kaouki. Sur la droite une petite piste de 1km qui roule très mal vous amènera a cette paillote de bord de mer, là c’est le dépaysement total….. Nous reviendrons vite à la Villa Boussa....

SUPER SEJOUR
Nous sommes une famille de quatre personnes dont deux enfants 3 et 10 ans, nous connaissons le Maroc depuis plusieurs années et voilà une adresse idéale pour des vacances à Essaouira. Tout y est, jardin super entretenu, piscine superbe, propreté impeccable intérieur et extérieur. Equipement de la maison parfait et décoration super jolie. L’accueil des propriétaires fut très sympa et se sont montrés très disponibles...Voiture indispensable, mais l'endroit est proche d'Essaouira sa situation fut pour nous parfaite.Calme , repos, piscine;espace pour les enfants.Les commerçants du village tout proche sont aussi d'une très grande gentillesse.Nous recommandons cette maison a tout ceux qui ont envie de passer de bonnes vacances au Maroc tout simplement... Espérons y revenir dés que possible. Carine, Gérard,Enzo et Samuel.
