"Great place to stay. Staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was excellent and I had the Jerk wings for dinner which were great too! Room was clean and comfortable. Pools were very clean. The location to the shopping and restaurant district was ideal, only a couple of blocks. Parking is limited and the street in front is one way but changes direction from 4 - 6 p.m. which is a bit confusing. Nice view from the balcony."

I wasn’t even aware of the food options, how to call a bell man or anything. With me being a content creator and knowing a lot of people - I cannot now recommend this property as I don’t want my friends and family lost or treated poorly by the front desk staff. Every time I’ve called to find out information, I was met with a nasty attitude as if I should have known or they should have told me when I arrived. No one told me anything! The island is gorgeous but find somewhere else to stay that’ll make you feel welcomed and honored to be a host. All the other staff were super pleasant including all my bellman. "
