Major issue, and this is why I would not give it 5 stars. For a 4-star hotel, not to have free water and coffee 24/7 in room or lobby is inexcusable and irresponsible. We could not believe that this situation existed. Otherwise, the staff was absolutely great and everything else were excellent.

This is a great hotel. The staff was exceptional and the room view was beautiful. We could see the castle and ocean. Thank you for such a memorable experience. Portugal is so beautiful and we hope to return very soon. We highly recommend this hotel.
