Our guests will be close to everything when they stay at our centrally-located tiny home. Estero Village is minutes from Coconut Point Mall, Gulf Coast Town Center & Miromar Outlets - with dozens of shopping and dining options. We are also a quick drive to any of the beaches and/or downtown scenes. The house is as it appears in the photos, very nice. Beds were comfortable. Location is nice to get to a variety of places. Hosts were accommodating. Only complaint would be the water. The water has a horrible smell to it!

This is a lovely property that was exactly as described. The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Both the master bedroom and the guest bedroom were comfortable, and the bathroom had everything we needed. The property manager was super quick to respond to our questions during our stay, and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for hosting our family.

Clean, stylish and comfortable tiny house
My husband, two teenage kids and I were very impressed by how clean this home was and the cute decorating touches. Everything worked well and even though we were near other homes, a church and a busy street it was completely quite once we were inside. We loved the screened in porch out front and lounge furniture on the back patio. The water pressure and temperature in the bathroom shower and sink weren't the best but that was our only issue We would definitely stay here again.

The Tiny House stay
The property was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Great yard for our pets. Easy access to grocery stores and such. Bed was very comfortable in master. Second bedroom was not used so I can't comment on those beds. The house was well stocked. Very cute place! We did incur a smelly water problem, such that we had to provide our own drinking and cooking water. I did alert the owner about the problem.

Grandson going to school at FGSU, very convenient. Host never contacted me nor did they respond to my text. That I did not like. I also left my sound bar. Who do I contact to get that ? Need notes regarding the remotes for the bedrooms.

Nice but we have some suggestion
Rental is in quiet neighborhood within close proximity to restaurants and gas. Will stay in this rental again in the future. Overall rental is nice with modern decor. It needs a few minor repairs, like closet doors, towel bars, and freezer door handle. Good assortment of dishes, glassware, and utensils. Could have used a few more towels for hot tub usage. Would have been helpful to have some instructions on how to operate things. It was advertised with WIFI included but we were not given the user name or password. Also unclear how to operate TV and what services we could use and how to view local channels. A list of local restaurants would have been helpful. We think the owner was in the house the first day when we were gone, we didn’t feel that was appropriate since they didn’t give us any notice of that. Overall very nice, just a few suggestions.

Nice property- hidden fees
We chose this location for a baseball event at Jet Blue stadium. It was a great location. Hot tub was empty and dirty when we arrived. They fixed it within 24 hours. Took another 24 hours to reach temperature. We only got to use it for half of our stay. When we left, they charged me for a broken tv (all tvs were working when we left) and extra messy room (we washed dishes and took out the trash. Towels were on the floor only). Never received check in or check out instructions. I think they gave us these other charges to cover the hot tub maintenance trip. Take videos when you leave this site or they will hit you with additional fees!!!

We were not to happy with the outside in the backyard area. The fence was down (not cool) and there was a camera back there (also not cool). I would guess to say most people would not want to be watched especially when in hot tub. Not impressed with that at all. Sorry!

ALL AROUND FABULOUS
This property is everything it was described as being! It was clean and orderly for our stay. Upon arrival we were greeted by cold waters in the fridge as well as all the amenities promised. Small touches of toiletries and laundry detergent and fabric softener greeted us. This property owner has a beautiful place that was fairly priced and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. The only thing missing was extra toilet paper. We will definitely be planning another trip to this home. ** On a side note this unit only has one bathroom so be prepared to share!
