Beautiful quiet location minutes drive to everything Estes. Property is well maintained. Staff was excellent but the key code check in was slick. Spacious room for a getaway with great rates for the winter.

This is the coziest hotel we’ve ever stayed in at Estes Park. The room has a fireplace, although we don’t use it b/c it was too warm. The patio overlooks Fall River, there is a little kitchenette with microwave, coffee station. And fridge. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. The front office is well stocked with so many things and there is even a patio bar, but it was closed when we were there. Loved every single thing and will definitely. Be back!

The Inn on Fall River was a great little property right by the Rocky Mountains. Contactless check in/check out was fantastic and they were extremely helpful. I even accidentally left my earrings and they immediately responded and had them shipped to my home address.

Stayed here a few times and it never disappoints. The rooms are updated. We had a fireplace and jacuzzi bath tub. Staff was very friendly and all ways available for any needs. Would never stay anywhere else when in Estes Park.

I would highly recommend this property, specifically the serenity sweet for couples. It was so cozy and we utilized the fireplace and hot tub. It was so easy to order firewood on the tablet phone and it was beautiful along the river . We enjoyed the robes and it was very clean and smelled so good . We plan to visit again I. The summer .
