Check in anytime after 4pm- Check out promptly by 10am. Housekeeping comes in right at 10am. Maximum guests day, or night, is 8. Maximum vehicles 4. Town of Estes Park regulations.

Security deposits are held by VRBO with credit card and is only charged if damage is reported.

Driveway has a camera. There are no other cameras on the property inside, or out.

Ridgeview Retreat is brand new and ready for guests. 4 bedroom/3 bath. Great location close to town and absolutely breathtaking views! Large 52 ft deck with Continental Divide views, nice patio space. Hot tub is on upper deck and plenty of patio furniture to relax and enjoy the view. 3 of the bedrooms can have attached baths. 1 king, 1 queen, on main level/ 1 split california king, 2 twin xl beds, and a queen sofa sleeper in the lower level family room. Split california king is an adjustable bed. All beds have Tempurpedic mattresses and luxury bedding.

Amazing!
We absolutely loved this house! The views are spectacular! So close to downtown with many shops and restaurants! Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park which we visited each day we were there. The hot tub was wonderful to use looking out at the beautiful mountains. Especially after long days hiking. The house is very clean and has everything you would need! We highly recommend staying here. It was amazing!

The house is beautiful.The views are the best.We had everything we needed.The kitchen is well stocked.The stairs are rough on old knees and backs.The driveway goes downhill from the road and has a small area to park,and it's tight to get turned around to drive up to the road.

Easy access to stores and main street in Estes Park as well as gate to RMNP. The views of athe distant mountains from the deck is unbeatable! A great place for some peace and quiet. Really liked the rooms setup in the house.

The house was perfect for what we needed. We had a group of 4 adults and 1 child for a weekend stay. The house is in a beautiful lookout spot, you have a gorgeous view from the upper balcony and the lower patio. Plenty of space for all of us and the host made everything accessible and easy. We would highly recommend this house.

Plenty of space for the six of us. With the pull-out couch and the upstairs couch, everyone had their own sleeping space. Views were terrific! Hot tub was fantastic. Very close to town, but views make it feel like you're in the middle of the wilderness.

Great stay
We had a great stay in this home. The home was just as advertised. Very comfortable an convenient to both Estes Park and RMNP. As a large family we usually stay in a VRBO and this one had a well equipped kitchen making meal prep a breeze. Would definitely look here first when visiting Estes Park.
