"I know most of the hotels in Eastbourne as I worked in them through the 80s and 90s however I’ve never stayed at the Burlington but I would do again very friendly only had a single room at the back but it was comfortable good bathroom and warm Would definitely stay again"

Lovely hotel, lovely staff needs bit of maintenanc
"Staff very friendly, reception looked lovely decorated for Christmas. Rooms lovely and spacious. Only let down is some of the condition of the rooms. With cracks and paint coming off, rust in the sink. It would be fantastic if these little bits were just kept on top of and updated."

We found a tasty curry house in nearby Wadhurst! Etchingham was pretty - but the lanes are pretty small if you're arriving in the rain and fog and dark as we were!
