"Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans le grand gite mitoyen à 7 personnes + 2 chats. Sur l'annonce il était marqué animaux de compagnie acceptés, mais on nous a fait comprendre que les chiens étaient préférés aux chats comme animaux de compagnie. Le séjour s'est bien passé. L'emplacement est très bien pour visiter la région et le domaine, même si partagé avec d'autres locataires est tranquille et joli. "A large group of us stayed at the gîte, which included 6 adults & 4 young children. The owners were out when we arrived late evening to the gîte; they had pre-warned me already to say they would be out. They responded promptly to opening the electric gates to let us in. The key was easily located as per their message. It has a large parking area and we had no problem with parking despite having 3 cars within our group. The area is quiet, remote & relaxing. There were chickens roaming, horses...

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem kleinen bezaubernden Cottage. Die Lage ist top mitten in der Stadt und doch ruhig gelegen. Die Anreise und Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin waren unkompliziert. Wir hatten eine sehr herzliche Begrüßung und einen tollen Austausch. Auch unsere Hündin hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub."

"Lovely cottage with everything you need for a self catering holiday and really cosy. Yport still retains its village atmosphere, it has a few nice shops for your supplies and a pebble beach to enjoy. The only disappointment was the small garden which had been neglected and was overgrown, we weeded and tidied it up for our use. We would all return without hesitation."

"This is a lovely “country inn” with one and two bedroom cottages and/or duplex apartments, with fully equipped kitchens and an idyllic setting, complete with an old grey mate grazing outside your windows. It could not be more perfect. We extended our stay as did others to the extent possible and will come back for a longer stay in the future. The surrounding villages and towns of Normandy with their ancient churches and other building plus markets, patisseries and Boulangers are just wonderful...

"Die Lage ist hinreißend, das Haus sehr alt und mit sehr schönen Details, wie den Kaminsimsen und den alten Fenstern mit Blumenkästen. Leider ist vieles sehr lieblos eingebaut um den modernen Ansprüchen zu genügen, die Dusche schimmelt zB und läuft durch (tropft auf die Treppe drunter). Auch die Küche könnte neu gemacht werden. Insgesamt wirkt das Haus und vor allem die Zimmer auf den Fotos größer als real. Bleibt ein sehr gemischter Eindruck."
