"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"The apartment was in a wonderful location and was well equipped. The staff was freindly and helpful. It was quite warm while we were there, so air conditioning would have been nice. Overall I would highly recommend this property."

VRBO didn’t send me the correct check in details but the host responded to my message with everything I needed to know very quickly. If I ever find myself in this area again I'd book this place in a heartbeat."

"There seemed to be some confusion over our room we tried to rectify it straight away especially as there was no light in the bathroom, but no one was at reception desk. So was sorted next day. The room was changed and was more like what we had booked, it was clean but basic. Im not sure I’d go back there again. On Expedia it said you could get food at an additional fee. No such service. If I’m honest I was disappointed with it. "

"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "Communication with the host (Hanny) was very good. She responded promptly after we requested information a few days prior to our stay via e-mail. The location of the appartement is away from the village of Marbach going up the mountain (you need a car to get there). The appartment is on the top floor of the farm house. It is very spacious (we were 4 adults and 2 children) and clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and there were plenty of towels in the bathroom. The view from the livingroom...

"Auf den Bildern sah die Unterkunft ok aus. Entweder waren die Bilder alt oder es war gut fotografiert. Dort angekommen war ich erstmal geschockt... Die Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. Zudem sehr abgewohnt und teilweise kaputt. Gegen alt habe ich nichts aber ganz sollte es schon sein. Schmutzige Töpfe, dreckige Schränke, in der Waschmaschine wollte ich auch nichts waschen...
