"Beautiful little mountain town. Long (owner) was very responsive to any concerns. We were anticipating 3 bathrooms and only 2. Kitchen chairs were unstable and coming apart at joints. Not very clean but we also checked in early due to arriving early from overnight flight from US."

"Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Weidinger. Die Wohnung ist sehr geraemig und hervorragend ausgestattet in einer wunderschoenen Lage. Sie ist sehr ruhig gelegen mit einer schoenen Aussicht. Man kann direkt von der Wohnung ueber Wiesen oder in den Wald wandern. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir wuerden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen."

"The town of Betzenstein is a quaint village. It was very quiet and picturesque. Renee was very friendly and answered each and every one of our questions in detail. Our 4 bedroom unit, Belle Etage, was spacious with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space. Facility had a laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers; much needed since we traveled for 3 weeks in Germany. This unit was 20 steps up from the street level. Plenty of on street parking. Awesome place

"I’ve stayed in many hotels and this is by far the best! Everyone is helpful and friendly. The room is very clean. Spotless. For the price I paid it was very reasonable and worth every cent. The hotel doesn’t have AC but you can borrow a fan. I kept the windows open and it was comfortable. I paid for buffet breakfast in advance and it was delicious. A good variety of food. There’s a bar but we didn’t use it. The hotel is a short walking distance to town. Right next door is a water park that was awesome! Behind the hotel is a nice open space good for picnic and biking. Can’t say anything bad about this place. They’re very environmentally friendly. I will surely be back when I’m in Amberg. "
