There was dark hair on the shower- in multiple spots. I took pictures. I did not sleep all night due to the sound of running water in the pipes around our room. It was literally the worst night of sleep. And then to get in the bathroom to have the shower not cleaned before us- was the last straw.

This is a very nice hotel and the staff was great. I really enjoyed the workout equipment in the room. That was a first for me! It’s a great location if you’re visiting the UO campus, but there is no dining or entertainment in the immediate area.

I had surgery at slocum across the parking lot so it was very convenient! Staff was very helpful and understanding of our situation and even had a wheelchair we could borrow!

Great location. Like the theme and the workout facility. Walkable to Autzen. Kitchen got overwhelmed after a game and we waited an hour for a hamburger and mac and cheese. All in all, good, and we will stay there again.

Excellent value for money. Clean well appointed rooms with nice yoga amenities. Excellent hotel gym, food at restaurant was surprisingly good, good shacks, parking a plus. Highly recommended. We came for Duck football, easy walk to game.

The parking lot is not built for a hotel this size and it took nearly 10 minutes to find a spot. Nobody at the front desk for over an hour to check us in. The bar tender and maintenance guy had to go hunt someone down. Once that person did show up at the desk, she left halfway through the process to do something with a television remote. It was a poor experience and I won’t be back.
