With no ac it was very hot.. a few things were broken and no second gas bottle for second bbq.. did not make up sofa bed as I said 8 adults 2 children as it sleeps 10 it advertised.. So took sheets from other house I had booked to make up bsofa bed seems as though we had a few cancel last minute..

You can go for long walks on the beach, stroll along the paths or go for a bike ride. There is a fantastic playground for the kids and several cafes. Grab a coffee on the go and take in the beauty or dine in and enjoy the beachside atmosphere. The Bowlo has a Chinese Restaurant serving the most delicious food. Our family love to fish from the pontoon or take the tinny up the river. We love holidaying in Evans!

Beautiful house, lots of bedrooms, 2 great lounge rooms with big smart tv’s and limited foxtel. Has a little sun lounge room that leads to a lovely balcony that has limited surf views 👍. Only small issue was theres no aircon or wifi and you need to understand the house is away from the town hub but for us there was an airshow on just down the road which was terrific to watch. Highly recommend this house and real-estate agent was fantastic
