"Really large room (superior) and all was clean. The room was almost too big for the lack of furniture! A small sofa would have been nicer than the two armchairs. Also very limited tv - why hotels don’t let you use tv apps I don’t know? Bathroom was a good size and toiletries provided. Coffee set up was basic - would have liked to see a coffee machine and more than just Nescafé sachets from a 4 star hotel"

"Rayo was great during check-in. As good as any member of staff we have ever interacted with in a hotel. Thank you Rayo. Room was good. Bar service was slow on Sat night without it being overly busy. Breakfast was manic, drinks machines weren't working, not enough tables and ended up on 'lounge'style seats rather than a dining table, and food was average. It says 'complimentary' but it's actually included in the price of the room and I was aware of that when I booked so I expected a breakfast...
