Each one of these people that work at this hotel make the world go around. If you are someone who has made this hotel a home temporary the staff are more than gracious! I didn't like anything except the the refrigerator. The staff was rude and the place was nasty, pool was empty, was harassed about smoking outside my door. Was the worst I ever stayed at should get a refund was out of water for hours every day the Tv and internet messed up constantly and they allowed people to be loud late at night

I reserved a room with insurance because I didn't know for sure we would be traveling. When I tried to cancel my reservation, the app wouldn't let me cancel so I tried to reschedule. Expedia went out of their way to try to reschedule, but unortunately, One Life Studios refused to respond. I have nothing good to say about One Life Studios.
