Stayed 3 nights in this hotel. No one came to clean the room. Area around the hotel is very shady and doesn’t feel safe for family with young children. We stayed on the 4th floor and the hallway smell like sewage.
Only good thing was the room was spacious and beds were decent size for an adult and child.

This is a lovely European hotel. The staff was welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The building is 400 years old so the layout is a bit quirky. There is no elevator but the room had all the modern amenities. There are ground floor rooms. There was a spiral staircase to our first floor room. The hotel is centrally located. We walked from the train station to the hotel and from the hotel to the river cruise dock.
