Added bonus was staff politely ensuring all diners had finished before switching off and clearing away. Previously staff switched off equipment 10 minutes before closing without any conversation or warning! Reception staff (sorry didn't get his name) friendly, polite and helpful. Bathroom in our room was especially clean."
