Welcome to our spacious and well-equipped modern townhouse located near the quay and the centre of the ancient city of Exeter in Devon. Our house is perfect for families, groups of friends, or business travellers looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in the area.
Our bright and comfortable home has all the benefits of being walking distance to the city centre, with the peace and security of being located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and is the perfect choice for your stay.
The Space:
Our Home features four double bedrooms, all with comfortable king size beds, pristine white linen and towels and ample storage space for your belongings. Set out townhouse style over 3 floors, there is a full bathroom on one bedroom floor and a shower room on the other bedroom floor, and an additional downstairs toilet so plenty of facilities for everyone.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay, including the staple of every modern home, an air fryer, and coffee maker for the perfect relaxed breakfast away from home.
The reception room provides a comfortable space to relax and unwind, cosy in winter and light and airy in the summer, with patio doors opening to the conservatory, ideal for enjoying the sunshine or dining with friends and family. Outside, the fully enclosed sheltered garden courtyard is a great place to enjoy refreshments or a BBQ in the sunshine.
The house comes with superfast Wi-Fi and streaming services, ensuring that our guests are always entertained during their stay.
You will enjoy all the luxury of a hotel experience, with the comfort of a home away from home.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive use of the whole house and enclosed private courtyard.
There is a garage and an allocated parking space outside, and free on road parking for additional vehicles, or plenty of car parks close by if you have several vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
Local restaurants and bars are a short, less than 10 minutes, walk away at Exeter Quays, with lots of options for the perfect day or evening by the waterside, whether you like to stroll or sit and enjoy the food and drink and soak up the ambience. If you are looking for a unique experience, visit the Quayside distillery where you can create your own concoction using their innovative distillation methods.
If you are feeling active, you can enjoy water sports and climbing, or take a relaxing boat trip from the quay.
Walk a little bit further, approx. 20 min from our house, and reach the city centre, renowned for shopping and dining. Exeter is the foodie capital of the southwest, with a wide range of independent shops, boutiques, bars and eateries, as well as its beautiful cathedral surrounded by the cathedral green which offers a chance to enjoy some historic sightseeing, including a visit to the city’s unique underground passages or join one of its famous Red coat guided walking tours.
Cathedral green hosts the famous Exeter Christmas market in November and December, as well as many food and cultural festivals throughout the year.
Exeter is famous for its university, why not book a stay here while your son or daughter moves into their student accommodation, making this a relaxing experience for all as they get settled and you can enjoy the city too from the comfort of our home!
The historic Jurassic coast is a short drive away, as well as Dartmoor, famous for its wild ponies, granite Tors and breathtaking countryside views, and for lovers of historic buildings, Powderham Castle, Killerton house and Castle Drogo are a short drive away and worth a visit.
