Iconic Seafront Exmouth Building with Stunning Sea Views

Located in an iconic building by the Seafront, Alexandra has spectacular panoramic views from both the living room and bedroom. This light and airy top (second) floor apartment can be found in a quiet residential house right on the sea front, just a few steps from Exmouth’s 2 miles of golden sandy beaches and the Marina.

The apartment itself is well-suited to a couple, whilst the sofa-bed allows an extra visitor to also stay. Comprising of a large bedroom with a double bed, wash basin and wardrobe; a spacious kitchen; bathroom with shower over the bath.
The living room has a stunning, uninterrupted panoramic view of the golden sands and the sea. There are two sofas (one futon style), a TV and Blu-ray player, and a dining table next to the large window so visitors can enjoy the amazing views and the stunning scenery.

Amazing location
Apartment is in fantastic location with amazing views of the estuary and channel. I was surprised at how spacious the flat was, great lounge and kitchen with every room having a view. Parking is limited and gets busy on the weekend, however over night parking is free on the seafront.
Stayed 7 nights in Sep 2021
