All the staff were friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and serviced daily. Free bottles of water daily were appreciated. Lambert’s, the on-site restaurant, was excellent. The only downside was the limited public transport.

Bathroom in room looked like it was not cleaned from previous guest and bathroom on pool deck also needed cleaning and garbage was overflowing..

The location to Southbank and ability to walk everywhere was fabulous. Our unit was clean but had massive cracks in the walls and was very noisy at night. Check in was easy and cheap parking
