"February Point is a beautiful community with an excellent restaurant, pool, hot tub, and beach area. The home was very spacious and well laid out with some excellent views of the ocean on each floor. The included boat was a game changer. Having the flexibility to use the boat as desired allowed us to explore many places in the Elizabeth Harbor and other areas that we otherwise would not have seen. Would highly recommend!"

"The house is excellent for 2 couples. We only were two people on this trip. Plenty of beach towels ( don’t pack your own) that are large and soft. The beds are good. We stayed in the master bedroom the first 2 nights but then went to the other bedroom with a queen bed that has a much softer mattress. The back sliding door from the living area is broken and does not lock. It took us a few days to discover there are safes in both bedrooms, however; the safes are not bolted to the floor…. "Very secluded and private - you do need to plan groceries and food ahead of time if cooking 9n own and be prepared to substitute which can be fun if you like to cook. I would not say there are many restaurants to choose from more like small shack/pubs and very casual. The amenities are all here for this house including detergent and plenty of cookware. The pool is fabulous and everything is well stocked. The beach is as close as it gets and there is a small snack shack and bar about 4 doors...

Having a completely separate space for each family was perfect and the house was stocked with everything we needed.
