"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. It's a great shame as if some effort was made it would be a great base for a cheap getaway. "

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. "

"Overall the apartment was perfect for our group. A mix of ages with friends and family. So much space and our 7yr olds were delighted they could play indoor football (with a soft ball!). "Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Worst thing about it was the fact that the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was really dirty. There was supposed to be...

"The hotel is in an excellent location, with a short walk to the bottom of Pas De La Casa ski resort. The double room was spacious and clean. A good variety of hot and cold food for breakfast that also includes an omelette bar! The bar staff a very friendly and welcoming. The bar area includes some classic board games, a pool table, table football and a cinema area. With a good selection of drinks, it is a fun social space for a ski. The spa area has a spacious sauna, steam room and 2 hot tubs. Our only complaint about this area was that the entrance to these facilities would flood with excess water and also had a strange smell. "
