"It was very quiet and even when there was a screaming child, the staff took care of it right away. I even had some very important paperwork to get emailed to my husband’s office, and they were very accommodating for me. They were very helpful and understanding about my situation as my husband is in UVA hospital for open heart surgery. We’re hoping to get closer to home for this. Driving home and back can get very stressful and expensive. Thank you also to the guest whose car that I accidentally hit in the parking lot. I had no idea that I hit it because of all of the snow. He was also very kind. I was more upset than him. I will be back again. "

"Perfect location. Top of a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and shops. Very nice lobby and restaurant/bar area. Rooms were clean. The only issue was our bathroom door--a pocket door that wouldn't close. Took about 10 tries each time to get the magnets to line up."

The person at the desk was courteous and professional, the room was clean, the bed comfortable and the breakfast was decent. It met all my expectations and the price was very reasonable. Food was available across the street at Cracker Barrel and the interstate was a few hundred yards further. "
