"Santa Maria is a stunning property in a beautiful & quiet location ideally situated for Orvieto. The apartment was comfortable & well equipped. The owners were most helpful & pleasant. We loved their collection of animals: 2 friendly dogs & an assortment of cats & peacocks. We also enjoyed being able to pick vegetables from the owner’s garden. The swimming pool was wonderful. A very enjoyable stay."

"The place was exactly as described in the listing and perfect for our family of 4. The house was perfectly located just outside the walls of Todi. We stayed here for a month and it was a great base to explore the many beautiful towns in Umbria. We also day tripped into Florence and Rome.
