"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. Staff were friendly enough when we passed but didnt...

"We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment! The location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach with an incredible view of the Mediterranean that we enjoyed from the balcony each morning. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and made us feel right at home. The local tips and the guest book were a great touch and helped us explore Nice and nearby towns easily. Thank you for being such a thoughtful host; we’re already looking forward to our next visit!"

"This family-owned place has only three apartments, ten minutes walk from the beach. The lovely pool surrounded by gardens is a quiet refuge from the traffic and tourists nearby. Perfect for families. Owners are friendly and accommodating. It was a nice opportunity to talk to other guests, and lack of tv was a plus!"

"Waking up every morning to gorgeous views of the sun rising over the Mediterranean...wonderful! We loved the location -- super close to trams and buses but far enough away from the heart of the touristy areas. Very clean and modern, we would stay here again if we came back. Minor things to mention: -No clothes dryer -Main bathroom is great but toilet is in separate tiny room -Would have liked more towels -Low supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, etc.) -Worst...
