Staff was very pleasant and nice upon checking in and out. The only problem was being on the second floor and having to lug my luggage up to my room because the elevator was down. But very nice, clean, and decent place to spend a night or two.

Did not like: No working elevators during our stay, staff uncertain as to when the elevator would be back in service. No housekeeping came to the room while we were out. Liked: Convenient location for the Eagle Bank Arena.

Reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds but front desk said the elevators were not working in that area. they moved us to the other wing with 2 rooms with king beds. Then someone started cooking in their room on our floor making the hallways smell like fried fish lol. my 2 boys said they saw bedbugs on one of the beds in their room. 2nd comfort inn this trip, 2/5. Thai restaurant downstairs was awesome tho.

Stayed 1 night when visiting friends in Fairfax. Check in was easy, and the room was clean, but there was very limited hot water for showers, breakfast was mediocre, and there were milk alteranatives.
