The best thing was Madeline, the evening clerk. She was very helpful and friendly. Everyone else was friendly as well. It was nice having a small bar area with a TV as my husband likes to have a beer while watching a football game. The room we had was very spacious. I got an accessible room and the bathroom was wonderful with lots of space. The bed was comfortable as well. I do think though that some plastic glasses with the ice bucket would be nice to use when I had something to drink rather than the big coffee cups. The only bad thing (and it wasn't that bad) was the farm smell from next door, but I grew up on a farm so I didn't mind it. It wasn't noticeable at all when you were inside. The other thing that was a little annoying was that we were there for a funeral and we were supposed to get a bereavement rate but the person we talked to when making the reservation didn't have any clue what I was talking about. Even so, our stay there was very good. Loved the kitties!! I would definitely stay there again, and my husband said he would too. We're both picky so it must have been a great place! Thank you.

We went during MIU's graduation, so we expected how busy it was. The hot tub was closed, but we had a fun time in the pool. Breakfast was great. Our room was clean. We even had a worker ask if we wanted him to empty our garbages in the room, which we appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful.
