Good customer service , The hotel so clean and the breakfast that was so good . The parking lot is so easy and safe . Just one thing, the sound insulation of the room is not good.

The location, the breakfast and the facilities were great. I appreciated the cleanliness of the the room. The manager and front desk staff did not exude a welcoming attitude. They seem to not want to be there or they were in general discontent with having to help guests. I wish I took down their names to be more helpful.

We have stayed here a few times and things were off this time the bathroom was not the best as far as being clean only had 2 towls no mat nothing was stocked for breakfast when we went down every thing was empty no hot foods. Very disappointed in this stay not sure if we will be back being we are IHG members its hard to see this happen
